Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium - Uppal

Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium is one of the venues for the IPL 2014. The stadium is located in Uppal, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.

The ground is owned and operated by Hyderabad Cricket Association.

It is the home of the Hyderabad cricket team and the Indian Premier League’s SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH), as well as being a venue for Test, One Day International and Twenty20 International matches.

It is located in Uppal, an eastern suburb of the city. It has a capacity of 55,000 spectators presently and extends across 16 acres (65,000 m2) of land.

It is a newly established stadium built in 2004.
