In match no. 19 of Season 6 of the Indian Premier League (Pepsi IPL 2013), Spirited Pune Warriors India upset Chennai Super Kings at their home ground in Chennai by defeating them by 24 runs.

Having won the toss, Pune Warriors Indian elected to bat first. Aaron Finch scored a brilliant half century scoring 67 of 45 balls and then at the end a quick fie of 39 runs from 16 balls helped Pune Warriors India to reach a score of 159/5 in 20 overs.

In reply, Chennai Super Kings kept on loosing wickets at regular intervals and could manage to reach a score of 135/8 thanks to a commendable show by Pune bowlers.
