In match no. 66 of Season 6 of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2013), playing at their home ground in Mumbai, Mumbai Indians defeated Rajasthan Royals by 14 Runs.

Rajasthan Royals won the toss and elected to field first and sent in Mumbai Indians to bat first. Mumbai Indians posted a total of 168/8 in 20 overs. Aditya Tare played a brilliant innings scoring 59 runs of 37 balls but once he got out wickets kept falling.

For Rajasthan Royals, James Faulkner and Shane Watson took two wickets each while Pravin Tambe and Kevon Cooper took one wicket each.

In reply chasing this score Rajasthan Royals lost both their openers early on and kept loosing wickets. At the end Struat Binny and Brad Hodge tried hard but failed to win the match for their team. At the end Rajasthan Royals reached 152/7 in 20 overs. Brad Hodge was highest scorer with 39 of 27 balls and Struat Binny scored 37 of 29 balls.

For Mumbai Indians, Mitchell Johnson and Dhawal Kulkarni took two wickets each while Harbhajan Singh, Lasith Malinga and Pragyan Ojha took one wicket each.
