IPL 2013 has started and Vodafone who is one of the main sponsors of the Season 6 of the Indian Premier League is back with their Vodafone Zoo Zoo Advertisement campaign for IPL 2013.
Zoozoo are back with the IPL 6. The cricketers on the field and the celebrities in the stands during IPL time also means it’s zoozoo time again.
Vodafone has been using these ZooZoos characters since the season 2 of IPL in 2009. ZooZoos are white creatures with ballooned bodies and egg heads who are used to promote various value added services of Vodafone. Although these characters look animated, they are actually humans in Zoozoo costumes

A zoozoo teaser with the iconic ads in the series went on television during the airing of the opening ceremony. The telecom company plans to air 9 different spots which will be unveiled in due course during IPL.
Seeing the zoozoos who have been an integral part of the IPL for a long time has delighted many viewers. Rani Tomar, 19, college student and IPL fan said, “I am really happy that the zoozoos are back. Watching the IPL without zoozoo ads is incomplete. I love the concepts and have a hearty laugh.”
The ads were a hit among the Indian audience and viewed by many people on YouTube. This can be gauged from the huge fan following on social networking sites such as Facebook, Orkut and Twitter.
