Actually the official Match Result will say Match Tied and SunRisers Hyderabad Won – One Over Eliminator (Super Over) but will take home the 2 points of the match.
Having won the toss, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) elected to bat first and posted a score of 130/8 in 20 overs thanks to captains known by Virat Kolhi scoring 46 of 44 balls and Moises Henriques’s 44 runs of 40 balls.

For SunRisers Hyderabad, Ishant Sharma took 3 wickets while Dale Steyn, Hanuma Vihari, Thisara Perara, Amit Mishra and Ashish Reddy took 1 wicket.
In reply, for SunRisers Hyderabad had a shaky start and lost few early wickets. Hanuma Vihari steadied the ship scoring 44 of 46 balls, but wickets kept falling on other end, and Vihari could not seal the match for SunRisers, but he somehow managed to take the match to Super Over after SunRisers Hyderabad ended up on 130/7 in 20 overs.
Even Vinay Kumar of Royal Challengers Bangalore should be lauded for his brilliant last over in which he took a wicket and only gave 6 runs.
