In the third match of the Season 6 of the Indian Premier League, SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) defeated Pune Warriors India. SunRisers Hyderabad won their debut IPL match by 22 runs in a low scoring game.

Batting first, SunRisers Hyderabad posted a total of 126/6 in their 20 overs and then bowled out Pune Warriors for 104 runs in 18.5 overs to win the match.

Not many would have thought that 127 will be defended. That too, on a ground where massive scores have been chased down over the years in IPL, but SunRisers dit it thanks to their bowlers especially Amit Mishra and Dale Styne. Both of them took three wickets.
