In match no. 27 of Season 6 of the Indian Premier League (Pepsi IPL 2013), Royal Challengers Bangalore playing at their home ground in Bangalore defeated Rajasthan Royals by 7 wickets.
Having won the toss, Royal Challengers Bangalore elected to field first and put Rajasthan Royals into bat and the team got bowled out for 117 in 19.4 overs.
For Royal Challengers Bangalore, RP Singh and Vinay Kumar took three wickets each, Ravi Rampaul took two wickets while Jaydev Unadkat and Murali Kathik took one wicket each.

In Reply, Royal Challengers Bangalore had a good start and they managed to achieve the target in 17.5 overs loosing three wickets. Chris Gayle scored unbeaten 49 of 44 balls.
