In IPL 2009 season he was selected by Rajasthan Royals. Later on he represented Kochi Tuskers Kerala in IPL Season 4 (IPL 2011) and made his IPL debut that year.

In 2011, Kochi Tuskers Kerala team was terminated by BCCI. After Kochi’s termination, he is selected to play for Pune Warriors India in the 5th edition of IPL i.e., IPL 2013.
