Chennai Super Kings (CSK), one of the most successful teams in IPL, announced its list of players retained for IPL 2014 ahead of the deadline of January 10, 2014.
The players auction for IPL 2014 will take place in Bangalore on February 12 and 13, 2014.

The two-time IPL champions, Chennai Super Kings, have retained skipper MS Dhoni, Suresh Raina, Ravichandran Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja and Dwayne Bravo ahead of the 2014 player auction.
Surprisingly, there’s no sign of Albie Morkel or Michael Hussey in the retention list.
It seems that Chennai Super Kings will look out to buy back one of them at the players auction.
Auction purse remaining: Rs 210 million
Right-to-match cards available: 1 (not eligible for a capped India player)
