Born on 18th June 1986, Krishnakant Upadhyay is a medium-pace bowling all-rounder who plays for the Railways in the Ranji Trophy. He is from Uttar Pradesh and is still trying to find his feet in first-class cricket. He also plays in the Indian Premiere League.
Since 2011 season, he has been associated with the Pune Warriors Indian IPL team. He made his IPL debut in 2012.
