Finally the official Name and Logo of the Rajkot franchisee of Indian Premier League (IPL) is out.
The team owned by Intex Technologies has been officially named as Gujarat Lions.
It is one of the two teams, introduced in IPL this season as replacement of banned teams – Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Rajasthan Royals (RR).
Suresh Raina is the captain of this team while Brad Hodge is the coach of this team.
