In Reply, chasing this big score after loosing all the six matches in this season, the Delhi Daredevils team had a rocking start with both openers Mahela Jayawardene and Virender Sehwag firing all cylinders hitting fours and sixes in all corners of the park. The team chased the target in 17 overs loosing one wicket.
Virender Sehwag scored unbeaten 95 runs of 57 balls while Mahela Jayawardene scored 59 of 43 balls.
