In match no. 45 of Season 6 of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2013), Chennai Super Kings defeated Kings XI Punjab by 15 Runs.

Having won the toss, Chennai Super Kings elected to bat first and put on board a total of 186/4 in 20 overs. Suresh Raina scored a brilliant century scoring unbeaten 100 runs in 53 balls. It was his maiden century in IPL.

In reply, Kings XI Punjab played well till the end but unfortunately failed to win the match thanks to brilliant last over by Dwayne Bravo in which they just game away three runs and took three wickets. For Punjab, Shaun Marsh scored 73 runs of 51 balls and David Miller scored 51 runs of 26 balls.
