In match no. 38 of Season 6 of the Indian Premier League (Pepsi IPL 2013), Chennai Super Kings defeated Kolkata Knight Riders by 14 Runs.

Having won the toss, Kolkata Knight Riders elected to field first and sent in Chennai Super Kings to Bat in first. They posted a total of 200/3 in 20 overs thanks to brilliant innings of Michael Hussey who scored 95 runs of 59 balls.

In reply, Kolkata started well but in the end lost few wickets and fell short of the target. They ended their innings on 186/4 in 20 overs. Manvinder Bisla scored 92 runs of 61 balls.
