In match no. 64 of Season 6 of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2013), playing in front of their home crowd at the Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai, Chennai Super Kings defeated Delhi Daredevils by 33 Runs.

Chennai Super Kings won the toss and elected to bat first and posted a total of 168/4 in 20 overs. MS Dhoni scored unbeaten 58 runs of 35 balls while Murali Vijay scored 31 of 23 balls.

For Delhi Daredevils, Umesh Yadav took two wickets and Roelof Van der Merwe took one wicket.

In reply once again Delhi Daredevils batting line up failed with Virender Sehwag getting out in the first over itself and others following him. David Warner was the highest scorer with 44 of 37 balls but once he got out it was all over for Delhi Daredevils and finally they ended their 20 overs on a score of 135/9.

For Chennai Super Kings, Albie Morkel took three wickets while Mohit Sharma, R Ashwin and Dwayne Bravo took two wickets each.
