Born on 6th January 1987, Christopher Barnwell is a West Indian cricketer who plays first-class and List A cricket for Guyana.

An all-rounder, Barnwell is better known for his clever bowling, but is also a useful pinch hitter in the limited overs format. He is considered to be an accurate seam bowler who hits the deck hard.

In the 2012-13 Caribbean T20 competition, Barnwell returned an all-round performance of 88 runs (49 balls) and spell of 1 for 19 in four overs to take Guyana to the final.

Thanks to that performance he was bought by the Royal Challengers Bangalore team in IPL 2013 players auction for US $50,000.

Lets hope that get a chance to play for the team in IPL 2013.
