At the domestic level, Rishi Dhawan has a first-class batting average of over 42. Even his bowling average is quite impressive and on last count he has bagged 96 wickets in just 23 first-class games, including six five-wicket hauls.
Dhawan was a part of Kings XI Punjab in the 2008 IPL, but never got a change to enter the playing field.
He was signed-up by the Mumbai Indians in 2013 and played for the team in 6 matches in which he scored 21 runs and took 2 wickets.
In players auction for IPL 2014, he was bought by Kings XI Punjab for Rs. 3 Crores.
Lets hope that he gets more chances to play in Pepsi IPL 2014 and he performs well for his new team KXIP.
